Relations between Affiliates, Merchants and Affiliate Networks do not always run smoothly.  It is important to remember that Affiliate Marketing is a business and that while Affiliate Marketing may be a way to collect extra income, it is someone’s job to manage the Affiliate Programs and Affiliate Networks.

These are some guidelines for an Affiliate needing conflict resolution:

• Contact your Affiliate Manager/Program
• If the problem persists, contact the Affiliate Network (if it is an Independent Affiliate Program, contact customer service)
• Always be polite
• Never Bad Mouth an Affiliate Program publicly
• If resolution is impossible, politely cut your affiliation and remove all links
