I reported last week that the online movie subscription wars between Netflix and BlockBuster rages on, as the two major groups battle for the remaining 20 million potential customers.
Welcome Apple to the game, as they will begin competing again Netflix and BlockBuster in the online movie subscription wars. It was reported that Apple will sell online movie subscriptions through iTunes. We’ll have to stay tuned to see if Apple can become a major competitor of Netflix and BlockBuster. As you know all 3 have Affiliate programs, Netflix and Apple are through LinkShare, while BlockBuster is on Performics’ network.
