		<description>I lived in Rogers/Bentonville Arkansas for 10 years and have always been a BIG HUGE Wal*Mart fan! Her lately tho I been having a lot more negitive issues with clothing I have purchased from WM... Falling apart after the first wash (Never been worn)! I am now starting to see it bleed over to other areas (Quality issues). Also salespeople in the Automotive area, the sales counter and also the service people (Oil, tire changes) has really suffered.. I have noticed that when that area gets backed up that the attitudes really drops, not only the service but also sales and then the customers get upset becuase of the long wait in line to pay. I started going to places like Kohls or oil change places like Speedy Lube making two stops instead of one becuase I rather not deal with the hassles at Wal*Mart. I can only hope that this Company can offer the better products, better and faster service without the headgames. I would like to shop WM. again and hopefully will, but untill the above is resolved I will pay more elsewhere to get better products and better service. I wish Wal*Mart the best of luck and hope to see the change soon.
