Today I purchase a lot of itmes at our store. The clerk, name removed, was trying to help me save money. She was not fast, but working to please the customer. She thought my $25.00 off $100 would work so she put in on register while putting the rest of my items on the register next to it. This happened at Summit in the jewelry department. name removed took all of my items. Another clerk wanted to use the second register. Instead of going to another counter she deleated everything. Thus, I had to wait 20 minutes longer. This rude clerk was name removed. I almost didn’t make any purchase after she deleted everything. All because a customer was returning a pair of inexpensive earings. name removed told her that she just one more items to put in and name removed didn’t care and deleted the one register, which was over $250.00. I might think twice about returning next time. Very displeased with name removed.
