The clerk, <em>name removed</em>, was trying to help me save money. She was not fast, but working to please the customer. She thought my $25.00 off $100 would work so she put in on register while putting the rest of my items on the register next to it. This happened at Summit in the jewelry department. <em>name removed</em> took all of my items. Another clerk wanted to use the second register. Instead of going to another counter she deleated everything. Thus, I had to wait 20 minutes longer. This rude clerk was <em>name removed</em>. I almost didn't make any purchase after she deleted everything. All because a customer was returning a pair of inexpensive earings. <em>name removed</em> told her that she just one more items to put in and <em>name removed</em> didn't care and deleted the one register, which was over $250.00.
