Get the Lowest Prices on Black Friday 2008 HDTV Sales

Posted by Brian Free | Affiliate Marketing | Tuesday 28 October 2008 12:27 pm

Wal-Mart.com USA, LLC

Black Friday 2008 HDTV Sales have can already be found around the Internet.  The best prices that I have found so far on HDTV’s is at WalMart.  WalMart has all the major brands and they can all be found at low prices, combined with their free site to store shipping, you cannot find a better deal anywhere else.  WalMart HDTV sales are cheaper on the Internet than in stores, and now that WalMart pre Black Friday HDTV sales have already begun, now may be the best time to make your purchase.

Not only are HDTV’s on sale, but all major electronics are as well.  This inncludes, DVD players, GPS systems, cameras, iPods and any other electronic items you can think of.  In my opinion, waiting until Black Friday to buy electronics may be a mistake.  I have already begun my shopping with the great deals available and definitely recommend you do the same.  Here is a list of great HDTV’s currently on sale:

Magnavox 19″ LCD HDTV w/ Digital Tuner, for $258.00

———————————————-
Magnavox 32″ LCD HDTV, for $498.00

———————————————-
Vizio 32″ Class Plasma HDTV with Digital Tuner for $497.00

———————————————-
Philips 42″ Class Full-HD 1080p LCD HDTV, for $998.00

———————————————-
Toshiba Regza 46″ 1080p LCD TV, for $1158.00

Marketing Sherpa Releases New Affiliate Marketing Study

Posted by Brian Free | Affiliate Marketing | Monday 30 June 2008 10:58 am

MarketingSherpa.com has just released their latest study on affiliate marketing networks and how they perform in the eyes of affiliates.  The five affiliate networks that are included in the survey are Commission Junction, Linkshare, Performics (soon to be Google Affiliate network), Share a Sale and PepperJam.

For this affiliate marketing survey, Marketing Sherpa interviewed 41 affiliates who use more than 1 affiliate network.  They asked their respondents which affiliate networks they use and which they use the most often.   For those of you looking for a surprising answer … look elsewhere.  Commission Junction has long been the leader in affiliate marketing and this survey shows that Commission Junction has not relinquished their hold on the affiliate marketing business.  The only real surprise in this survey is that Share a Sale is used more often than both Performics and Linkshare, despite having a lower key, more niche driven merchant base.  Pepperjam is a fast growing affiliate network with a little over 17% of the surveyed users promoting Pepperjam merchants.  Despite Pepperjam’s growth they still remain the low man on the totem pole with the smallest market share of any of the surveyed affiliate marketing networks.

The next 3 surveys were dedicated to Commission Junction, Linkshare and Performics.  The survey asked respondents to rate service on technology, customer service, merchants/advertiser clients, and payment dependability.  All of the companies rated as average for customer service, although customer service was rated as the 3rd most important factor when using an affiliate network.  All of the companies also rated average in terms of technology, which is the 2nd most important factor.  Commission Junction rated above average (the highest score) for merchants/advertiser clients and payment dependability, while Linkshare and Performics scored averages on these two factors.

At the end of the day, Commission Junction is still the player to beat while the other two giants, Performics and Linkshare are floundering a bit.  Smaller companies Pepperjam and Share a Sale are working hard with smaller clients to gain market share.  In this sponsored post, I take away that people end up using Commission Junction’s affiliate network for two reasons.  #1  They have great merchants and #2 They pay on time.  One thing is for sure, affiliate marketing will continue to grow and affiliate networks will continue to evolve.  Check back in the future to see where these same companies stand.

When it comes to bean bags for kids, I really like the selection and pricing at beanbags.com.  Their bean bags are high quality and tough, so you know they will actually last for a while.  There are a lot of places to get cheap kid’s bean bags, but usually the bean bags are made terribly and don’t last long at all.

At beanbags.com, the selection is huge for children’s beanbags.  You can select from a number of colors, prints and materials.  You cant kids beanbags for cheap that are designed for girls or bean bags designed for boys.  Most of the bean bags for kids are cheap, coming in at under $100.  Beanbags.com also offers a coupon code for bean bags.  Beanbags.com coupon code SW-8937 will save you $10 on any purchase of $75 or over.

HDTV’s at Walmart are still the Lowest Priced Televisions on the Internet

WalMart is still the leader in online HDTV sales. WalMart does not need a holiday to offer their tv’s at insanely low prices. In fact, WalMart’s sales prices on HDTV’s are considerably lower than Costco, one of Walmart’s main competitors. WalMart carries many brands of HDTV’s, all at low prices. Vizio, Sony, Sharp and Panasonic HDTV’s are always on sale at WalMart. Even if you hate WalMart, it is hard to look past their prices. Especially WalMart’s online HDTV prices, where they often offer free shipping or damn near free shipping.

I personally cannot get over the prices of Vizio HDTV’s, especially the Vizio 32″ hdtv and the Vizio 37″ hdtv. Both are priced well below $1000 at Walmart. You can order the Vizio Hdtv’s with free shipping when you order site to store. You can actually order an Hdtv with free shipping when you use Walmart’s free site to store shipping. I recommend checking out Walmart.com next time you are going to purchase an HDTV.
